What treats can I give my flock?

I have a chicken and turkey mixed flock and currently they like sweet corn, blueberries, tomatoes, lettuce.... is there anything dangerous I shouldn’t feed birds? Like grapes for example?...

Dried insects or insect larvae works best. Sometimes live prey if you aren’t afraid to touch them. You can feed them fruits and vegetables sometimes, or if you have compost give them access to it, my hens eat out of our compost all the time.

My girls LOVE grass, mealworms, sunflower, and raisins. I cant find their yellow mealworms. that's why they're eating the sunflower seeds. mak sure the mealworms have the meat in them, not the shell.
