    A bit hard to tell from just the profile without seeing the color, markings, head and beak. Also, no size perspective. Is it big? Small? Huge?

    Looks like a chicken hawk to me!

    They come in all sizes and colors.

    Looks to be a Red Shouldered Hawk, but hard to tell from photo, a Kestrel is much smaller...
