What type of leg band should I buy for 4H chickens?

So, we have to have identifying bands for the chickens we bring to the county fair. Our birds are just 9 weeks old right now and will be going to the fair the first week of August. We have black Javas, Welsummers, Australorps, and Cochins. What type of band should I get? As they continue to grow, will I need to change the band? I mean, our roosters will eventually grow to 8 or 9 lbs, so I'm guessing his leg size will change too, right?

The plastic leg bands should be suffice for 4-H...Your layers will need size 11.
