My husband works away all summer so time together is precious, at the minute he's working at a music festival that's about 3 and a half hours drive from home and at the last minute he's managed to get me a ticket and the weekend on standby so we can spend it together. Major problem though I have around 150 Duck, chicken, quail and guinea fowl all at different stages in my main incubator which is semi-auto turn. I've got my mother-in-law to come round once a day to feed my cats, ducks, chickens etc and she will be able to turn the eggs when she comes but it will mean Saturday and Sunday they would only be turned once.
What would be the worse that could happen?
I've tried to get the motors for the turners but there's only one place that sells them and they can't deliver till Monday and there's really no-one else who come and do it. [IMG]

  2. Hi Lucy! The worst that can happen is a few may perish.
The eggs will most likely not be any worse from not being turned amd hatch just fine.
