    Question???

I had been dying for white orps from HinkJc for a year-This past Feb I got eggs and got lucky enough to get a pullet and a roo. They are 5 months old right now and GORGEOUS--I couldnt have asked for a whiter beautiful pair...pictures coming later today-any hoo. I have to severely cut down what I have and If the price is right, sell this breeding pair:-( I dont really want to but since I didnt manage to hatch out more pullets ( my bator rots!) I figure I better cut down on the crowing too-She's at POL-in fact shes managed to lay and egg or two but has since stopped in the last week or two-heat probably.

what would you charge for them?

    who wants to know?
hmm...we had white orps that were about a year old and we sold them for $40
you have very pretty chickens, so maybe around $20?

Though, I think you could probably get $60 for the pair.

Quote:phew ...thats better LOL...I started to think Ill hold on and throw some of her eggs when she lays again under the next broody that pops up! Just to get mroe pullets-I will have them in a small breeder pen by Fall seperated from the rest for purity, If I dont sell them-I was thinking 40-50$ [IMG]
