As I was staggering to my coffee maker this morning it occurred to me that if I didn't have it I would be one sad camper. Then I started thinking about what else I couldn't do without, so I thought I'd put this query to the rest of you. What 2 things are essentials in your kitchen? Me?

    1. Coffee maker, coffee and whole milk or half & half
    2. A good set of sharp knives

    1) Huge pots / pressure cooker (for soup, pasta, rolled cabbage='stuffed cabbage')

    2) Clay cooker / roaster

If I cook stuff long enough I don't need knives... [IMG]

So glad you asked. I'm the Queen of kitchen gadgets and have so many that I can't live without - here are a few. All these are such time savers especially during canning season.
