Does anyone have a blue wyandotte (like my girl below) and do you have a picture of the egg? My girl is 30 weeks old & no eggs, yet. I know they mature late, but I'm really getting antsy and starting to feel like I need a picture... to tide me over! (until she lays.... if she ever does lay) [IMG]

    Thanks!

Some of the light colored eggs in the picture are from my blue wyandottes all my wyandottes are slower to mature:

[IMG] Wow Katy, those are some nice dark eggs you've got there. (light ones are nice too, but I have dark egg envy)

Thanks Shanonspeeps! She's very poofy and when you pet her (IF you can catch her [IMG]), she feels like butter-soft suede.

Katy, I concur with new2chooks that those are some awesomely dark eggs! I have a CM laying, but nothing like that color. What kinda hen laid them?

The dark eggs are from my Wheaten Marans.
