In July, I bought eight guinea keats: four lavenders and four that were supposed to be pearls.
The lavenders and one of the pearls were about ten days younger than the three bigger "pearls." They are all about 3-3 1/2 months old now.
Well, the lavenders are that nice light gray color.
The younger of the four pearls has a brown ground color with pearl markings.
And the three older "pearls" are a sort of hodge-podge of solid-ish charcoal feathers, barred feathers, and pearl-marked feathers.
What's going on? What color guineas do I really have?
