    Sounds tasty! [IMG]

Duck for me. I have a drake I processed last year that's been in the freezer and it's time to dig him out. I'm thinking probably slow cooked in a prune sauce (since it's Muscovy, dark meat), accompanied by cranberry sauce and a veggie side.

That sounds really good! We are also doing some family favorites... angel rolls, pie, jello [IMG]

I've never had an angel roll, but it sounds tasty. And hooray for pie and jello (good any time of year, IMO). [IMG]

Hope you and yours have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!

Having turkey but, sure have a hankering for duck. Not sure how to make them. I flunked cooking - everyone has tried to teach me - they end up cussing and tearing their hair out.

To keep the peace I end up going to Boston Market - where you can get individual turkey dinners.
