I need some good opinions on what is the best thermometer/hygrometer on the market that you guys are using. I have bantam eggs coming and want the most accurate thermometer I can get. Money is not an object because it is worth the money to have a better hatch rate. I have hatched in the past with decent luck relying on multiple thermometers and taking an average but I want to know for sure where my temp is and humidity. Some inputs and where to buy would be great and appreciated.

Georgia Quail Factory makes a really good one, about $18.

    I don't know, it's a dinky little hygrometer/thermometer. Hasn't let me down.

How big is that thing? I'm asking because I need one with a large enough display that I can read it easily. What are the min/max buttons for? Do they show lowest/highest temps in a given time period?

It's about 3-4 inches long and an inch thick... guesstimating there. I can easily see it. The min/max record the highest and lowest readings. So you can check and see if there were any temp spikes.
