What's the bump?

It might be foul pox, but I can not tell for sure. Here is a link about foul pox:

In order to help you we need some details about the chicken. Here are some things that we need to know:
  1. Age
  2. Breed
  3. How long have you had her
  4. Housing condiions
  5. weather when it appered
  6. How well is it eating/drinking
  7. when did it appear
  8. any other symptoms
  9. vactanations that have been given
  10. ect.

13 week old Rhode Island Red, had her since 1 day old. Brooding inside, so weather isn't a factor. It's probably been there a week or so. My bird eat and drink very well in fact. No other apparent symptoms. They are wormed but unvaccinated. Using medicated feed.
 
nothing that resembles the foul pox sores on her...there haven't been any mosquitos around here since I got her....calcium buildup maybe?
