She's around 12 weeks old. She hatched out with crooked toes on one foot, but now she has a weird lump on one toe on the other foot. The underneath looks fine, and she doesn't seem to be in any pain. If I press it it will turn very slightly pink, otherwise it is the yellowish white colour you see in the photos. None of my other birds have it.

Is it hard or soft? Does it feel squishy like there is fluid in it?

It's hard when I press on it, and she doesn't seem to mind.

Does it look like something is growing on her foot or the scale is missing...sorry but I can't tell.

It's hard to tell close up too. I think it's a growth or swelling that has pushed the scales apart...I think. It feels smooth, and when I press it I can see the skin change colour ever so slightly. There aren't any scales on the lump, and it's pretty big. It looks like a human blister but hardened.
