This first year Leghorn(Blanca) has started laying defective eggs. The egg white has started oozing out of the defect in the shell.
How old is your hen and how long has she been laying? Do you offer oyster shell? Is she on Layer mash or pellets?
Lots of times young hens will lay a few defective eggs. I wouldn't worry about it, unless it continues.
There was a really great article from "Backyard chicken magazine" that I had posted here which had pictures of defects and what was wrong and how to fix it. I will see if I can find it for you. I remember seeing that sort of defect in the eggs they showed too but can't remember how they said to fix it. If I can find it I will post it here for you.
