What's your opinion on Red Sex Link's as egg layers?

I just put in my order to Cackle for 20 Red Sex Link pullets this morning. I would like some opinions on how these chickens rate as opposed to other brown egg layers. I guess it's a little late to be asking, but I would still like to know!

Our red sex link lays very well... but our Australorp lays better. On the other hand, the sex link's eggs are MUCH bigger. In fact, they are so big compared to her little body that I worry about her! Sicne they're bred for early mature and tons of eggs early, I have heard that they "burn out" quicker than heritage breeds like Rocks, Wyandottes, RIR, etc.
