    Hello!

I'm new to the whole Chicken ownership and very excited about it. I do have a quick question. When can I expect my 2 hens (R.I.R.) to start laying eggs?

I got my very first egg from my black sex link exactly 20 weeks from the day it hatched.

    My first was 16 weeks.

    Just depends on the individual.
