My Chicks are 5 weeks old, and the Ducklings are 3 weeks old. I wont permanently mix them with the adults until they are bigger, but I was wondering if I could let them out in the adults run while the adults are free ranging?? The only thing I am worried about is them getting diseases from the adults poo. Is this possible? My sdults have never been sick. Oh and I would be out there with the babies also [IMG]. Thank you in advance!!

I do not mix my chicks with the flock until they are around 14-16 weeks. Or when they are close in size to the flock. For going outside make a pen or "chicken tractor" for them to be in during the day.
