my chicks or now chickens r now 6 weeks old. is it time to start feeding them finisher?
I may be wrong but I think most recomend the starter/grower until 10 weeks. then grower/finisher. Someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong...
"love, peace, chicken grease." love that!
anyways thanx for the help! what & when do i switch to ? feed?
unless your feeding meaties, I have heard that you feed starter until point of lay?
well i do know that i don't need to switch now so...
I think Dumor's chart on the bag has starter until 10 weeks then grower until lay, and layer feed after they start laying. That's what I'm gonna go by anyway.
Quote:So my 4 month olds should be switched to grower now? They will be point of lay at the end of June.
