When do they start laying?

I have some pullets, about 12 weeks old. Six are supposed to be japanese bantam crosses (although I'm pretty sure two of thse are actually roos), and two are barred rock crosses. When might I see eggs?

At around 20 weeks of age. I just got my first egg a few days ago from my 23 week old RIR.
