When hen quits do you use the bator?

I was just curious - If your broody hen quits setting, can you put the eggs in the bator for the rest of the time, or will they die?

by all means, put them in the bator! What do you have to lose from trying. I was told by my chicken expert friend that you cant do that, they will die. Tell that to all the chicks peeping and scurrying around in my brooder!

Most definitely! I haven't hatched too many by doing this, but I have hatched some the hen left for dead!
