When shipping live chicks..how many per box should I require?

I am going to start selling BLRW live chicks..

I am wondering how many chicks should I put as a minimum to make sure that they stay warm..I am also going to offer a heat pack option. But if they don't want that, how many is going to make it warm enough???

The minimum chicks you can order from MOST hatcheries are 20-25. Their body heat will keep them warm. Some hatcheries do allow a minimum order of 3 chicks with a heat pack included.

It really depends on how far they are being shipped and the weather outside. Someone who has experience shipping baby chicks would be more helpful. I have never shipped live chicks before.
