I have 14 chicks that are 4 weeks old. 7 are Black Australorps and 7 are Barred Rocks. I live in Northern Montana about 40 miles from Canada. I was wondering when I should put the girls out into their Coop. I don't have their run built just yet but I think its to cold out now anyway for them to be outdoors. I had to make their brooder bigger since they are getting bigger and they where much happier. Also they have stinky diarrhea, any suggestions on how to cure that. Its bad. Thank for any help.

I am in Colorado and the general advise out here is between 6-8 weeks. I start putting them outside for the day and bringing them in at night at 4 weeks, barring bad weather days.
