When should I eat the Roos?

How old should the Roos be before you eat them? Right now my Leghorn Roos are about 5 mo. old, and they are starting to show a bit too much 'tude!

It's got me wiping down the Dutch Oven and planning out recipies! Wondered though - should I wait till they are a bit older?

at 5 months they should be fully grown

fatten them up for 2 weeks and send them to freezer camp

being leghorns they will not have much meat on them, but they will be tasty.
