When should you start giving you chicks treats?

Can you give week old chicks treats? What would you give them? What are your chicks favorite treats? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I generally do not give chicks under 4 weeks old any treats since chicks need to GROW.
A good chick starter feed is all they need during this time.
If you have to give them something other than their starter, a hard boiled egg yolk would be fine.
If you feed them anything that would require "chewing," then you must also provide them with chick grit.

At 3-4 weeks, I start to give mine a small amount , but you gotta include the grit if they get too much.

Mine go crazy for pieces of bread at about 4 weeks....

I feed my chicks boiled egg everyday or every other day starting at about 2 weeks old. It seems to make them feather out faster and they love it!! Its hilarious to watch them chase each other around. It also gives my mother hen a treat and I'm sure she is grateful for it after having to eat chick starter everyday

At the age of 1 week I would give them scrambled eggs. They LOVE scrambled eggs!
