When to cover floor screen?

Hi,

We now have a "screen" in the floor under the roost bars.

At what temperature do we need to cover it back up for the winter? We are in western PA and have plenty of winter weather. Currently it is still warming up nicely during the day even though we have hit mid 30s a couple nights.

I have the same question! I am in Louisiana so it doesn't get too cold here typically. I wasn't planning to cover it at all but am interested in reading your responses.
