They will not produce in most cases until 2 years old and usually arent fertile til 3 years, unless you have an older male with them.

All 2 yr old india hen should lay, and if with 2yr old or older peacocks will be fertile. Greens or high % spauldings hen need to be 3, but some may lay at 2 yr.
