I have 4 Golden Comets and 6 Red Sex Links, all are about 15 weeks +/- a few days, at what point should I open up their nest boxes and get them set up(straw, ceramic eggs) ?

Now, your sex links can start laying at 15 to 18 weeks. You need to start watching for your first egg.

Quote:Yes, now. The sooner you put them in, the sooner your chickens will get used to the strange big boxes in their space. It will increase the chances of them actually using them.
