Hi all I have 3 rsl girls, they are all 7 weeks old. The girls curl up at night in the nesting box at night when they aren't playing on the roosting bars. I know they won't start laying for 10+ weeks, but when should I start putting in the fake eggs in their nesting box?

For now, you want to block off the nests so they can't sleep in them. As creatures of habit, that's one you want to break.
I'd open them up and put the fake eggs in at about 16 weeks.

Agrees with CC.....Definitely block off nests for now, sleeping in them is a bad habit you want to break asap.
Roosts should be higher than nests.
