When will mama broody stop pecking at flock

    i have a mama that is constantly pecking at my flock because of her 4 babies
    so i separated her from the flock

    how long before i can let them join the flock again?

    She's just being a good mama, keeping the others away from her babies to protect them. I let mamas and chicks grow up in with the flock.

    I agree with flockwatcher. Your mama is doing exactly what she's supposed to do. If she's not actually drawing blood, I'd let her and the babies back in with the flock. She'll integrate those babies way better than you can.
