when will my hens start to lay again?

my two bantams haven't laid an egg since June now and I'm starting to get concerned. in June they got broody and hatched chicks so ii knew why they were not laying then and then after the chicks hatched they started to moult at about the beginning of July and they still haven't laid an egg. their not still loosing feathers, their new ones have all grown except a few neck ones and their combs and wattles are still shrivelled up. any ideas when they're going to lay again?

Typically they won't lay until all feathers have grown back and their comb and wattles have turned red again. Bantams seem to be very different from full sized chickens.
