In my experience, hens have generally left the nest within 36 hours of the hatching of the first chick. Babies will start moving out from under her as they become hungry. You might provide food and water in their vicinity but slightly out of reach of the mother.

Yes. If she starts to move around and still has eggs under her, take them away and ut them in the incubator. Chicks are absorbing the yolk for 3 days so mamma can hatch the remaining chicks.
