Where can I get Adult silkie hens.

I have been looking around and can’t find anywhere selling adult silkie hens. I don’t want to have to brood any more chicks in the basement. That is why I want adults or young pullets. Are there any places in Pennsylvania or any hatcherys that sell adult birds

Some hatcheries do have started pullets, but they're large fowl laying breeds. You're going to have to search for silkie breeders to see if they have any available. With shows being cancelled, it may be harder to locate any, and there's a good chance you will have to have them shipped to you (which will cost a fair amount).

Bobbi Porto in FL and Golden Egg Farm in MA are 2 that come to mind, but I'm sure there must be more that are closer to you.

Have you checked Facebook? We have a very active local group. I happen to have some that we hatched out in June (currently 9 weeks old), but I’m in Indianapolis, so that’s probably a touch too far for you.
