I have a flock of 12 free range Easter Eggers. They lay the prettiest green eggs. I look forward to the afternoon when I get to collect my eggs. Today I collected NONE!!!
So this means they laid them somewhere else! Not good. We did find a few nests on the property, but I thought all the broodies were over it. I normally get about 10 eggs a day from them. (I do have another flock that dosen't free range and I have turkeys) So do I keep the girls on "lock down" for a few days? It is so weird that I didn't get a single egg. Oh and I live on 5 acres....wish me lock of finding todays eggs!
