Does a hatchery raise all the chicken varieties and breed for their eggs or do they outsource for them??? Just wondering

most have all the chickens, but when it comes to gamebirds, 90% of them outsource, thats why their prices for them are double what a private breeder would charge you for them.
a "true" hatchery has all their birds on hand, but those are becoming a rare thing, most outsoure. I actually supply for one myself on certain rare birds
