Pet stores sell ringneck and diamond doves, there are usually people selling them on craigslist as well. There are a couple places online where you can order doves such as Stromberg's

All I have are diamond doves. There is usually ringnecks there and sometimes greewing, cape, tangerine, white. You never know what shows up until you go and see for yourself. There is a guy in Ct that has a bunch of different breeds that goes there, but this time of year he would only bring the cold hardy birds if he brings them at all.He does raise many different breeds and spoils the hell out of them, special feeds, heated building. If you go I can introduce you to him and maybe you can set up for some birds later on.
