Ask around. You could take them to a processing center, but it's unlikely to be worth the cost because of USDA regulations that make it prohibitively expensive to process small batches of birds. However, among your friends you are bound to have at least some who grew up on a farm or just want to try their hand at it who would either help or perhaps even do the job in exchange for some of the product.
