It didn't recognize the whole code, but it said Delaware for some of it. [IMG] I thougt it came from Portland, Maine like the commercials said.

Or, buy it from a local dairy. No fancy schmancy codifying needed. [IMG]

My milk comes from a cow named Guinivere who lives at a farm about 20mins away that likes to try and kick me sometimes while I am milking.

I have no local dairy to buy from I can get to... or at least none of my searches had returned anywhere.

I know there is a dairy in Chapel Hill, but they only produce milk for their yogurt business, so you can only buy it as yogurt or frozen yogurt. There used to be a place that sold to the public near NC State, but I think they got in trouble some years ago for selling Raw Milk, and I no longer see the sign that used to be up over there. But I but from a store that offers a local produce section and lots of organics from local farms, which is still better then something shipped in from our of state.

Quote:Just a very quick search, but...

    Bowman Dairy / Homeland Creamery - Julian, NC - http://www.homelandcreamery.com/ - 336-685-6455

That quick search turned up many more options for goat's milk as well. But the above is cow's milk as I know some people have a strong distaste for goat milk.
