where to buy a quail chick waterer

I tried doing the milk cap but they just keep knocking it over and my mom put a waterer in the pen and 2 of the babies drowned. So where can i get a suitable waterer for quail chicks?

they made a really small water that you can buy at tsc

I use one made for bird cages at the pet store, they can use the cup but can't swim in the cup, till they're a few days old.

I put some of that velcro with sticky tape on the brooder, and a piece on the waterer and velcro it in.
