What are some good sites to find affordable yet very efficient incubators?

You can get the little gaint at TSC if they do not have one in the store you can order them from TSC on line ,That is how I got mine, it was 40.00 and the turner was 40.00 with very little shipping cost . You can also get them on Ebay , new or used

Is a circulated air fan kit really necessary with the incubator and automatic rotator?

I didn't find the prices online to be much lower than in the feed store. The number of sites you can buy incubators from is endless. If you do a search for hovabator or any of the other popular ones you will find pages of stores from poultry to reptile selling them for about the same price. You can even get them off amazon.com.

If I buy an incubator and the automatic turning kit, is it necessary for me to buy the air fan kit as well?

Here is a company that I bought quite a bit of poultry supplies from online, and if you purchase over $75, shipping is free.

I've never bought this incubator though, but I did have a styrofoam incubator before, and it worked quite well. I recommend buying an egg turner too.

I have a GQF cabinet incubator that I absolutely love ... but it cost around $700 + shipping.

This styrofoam incubator is more economical for around $40
