Can anyone tell me where to get Organic Duck Pellets? Local feed store carries only chicken feed, not ducks and the only pellets they carry is chicken layer pellets. Is there an organic maintainer pellet somewhere I can order? Is it bad to give them chicken layer pellets even when they aren’t laying and at least one of them is a drake and never will lay? I can’t seem to find organic duck anything! Please help!

I currently use scratch n peck because good for chickens or duck and have both so get from Chewys as the cheapest here. Mazuri half the cost but not organic.

If they are not of laying age, you cannot give them layer feed. The calcium level is too high and will have ill effects on their health. According to Metzer, males can have layer feed once they reach maturity.

Manna Pro makes a non medicated chick feed. I fed it to my second batch of Runners.
