Where's the bustle thread?

    PeepsCA mentioned a thread with lots of guinea bustle pics but it didn't come up when I searched for "bustle". I never can see them on my guinea hens, to me it looks like all the birds have a bump in the back (and they're not all girls!). Would love to see that thread if somebody knows where it is.

    I haven't confirmed it yet, but I have a feeling the Hens that are laying eggs daily are the ones with the most pronounced bustles, (maybe due to some extra development of the muscles involved in laying eggs, or maybe it's just a change in their posture while the eggs are moving their way down through the oviduct?). They also look like they carry their wings a little lower, making the bustle more pronounced. Never seen a bustle on a male...
