Which anti biotic and how to administer with pictures

i have been fighting a respiratory issue for about two months. Everyone seems fine, very active. pen gets cleaned once a week and tidy up through out the week but they seem to keep passing this cough and congestion around. I did an antibiotic in the water and it help but now it's back again. I was thinking an injectable but I need to know how to do it, what needles to buy or do I inject through the mouth, and I have included pictures of two antibiotics I know I can get today after work.
