My chickens JUST started laying eggs, I don't know if this is just one chicken or 3 different chickens who layed these. These are the only eggs we have right now, but we got the first egg a few days ago, one yesterday, and one today. The third one is bigger and lighter. I didn't see them lay the egg so I don't know who did it. I have 2 barred rocks, 2 golden sexlinks, 2 wyandottes, 2 ameraucanas, and 2 easter eggers. All hens. Although I assume they're not from the ameraucanas or the easter eggers

It could be any of them since egg color and size varies even within breeds although they are probably not from the Ameraucanas or Easter Eggers. Your best bet is watching the nests and looking at the egg left after a specific hen leaves.

I'd guess 2 different birds.
EE can lay brown....and 'Ameraucanas' can be EE's.
You've got to catch them in the act, or...
...it's a good time to do butt checks to tell who is laying and who is not,
then you can band them if you want to continue to keep track of which egg belongs to whom.

Might seem silly or gross, but knowing your chickens anatomy can be valuable knowledge in the future. I usually do this exam at night wearing a headlight, easier to 'catch' them off the roost.

Vent Appearance:
Dry, tight, and smaller - usually not laying.
Moist, wide, and larger - usually laying.

Pelvic Points, feel for the 2 bony points(pelvic bones F-F) on either side of vent:
Less than 2 fingertip widths apart usually means not laying.
More than 2 fingertip widths apart usually means laying.
(Spacing is relative with chickens size and humans finger size.)
