I would say #2 based solely on her comb alone. Check both vents. You should be able to tell by that too.

"If she’s laying, her vent should be moist and more white in color (and less pink-ish). It might also pucker while you’re down there taking a look." Hope that helps!

Pic 1 looks like it has white-ish earlibes. White earlobes= white eggs.
Red earlobes = brown eggs.

I think that means you've been down there taking a look a bit too long and making her uncomfortable rather than indicating a hens laying.

The black one with the whitish earlobes is *probably* the more likely candidate, but when dealing with mixed breeds you don't know what you might get.
