Which piece of turkey do you covet at Thanksgiving dinner?

    I love the breast for sandwiches but I really prefer a big wing on my plate and the 'oyster' from the back bone.

    I cut the turkey so I keep the skin held back and eat it when no one is looking. [​IMG]

    Definitey the skin, followed by the breast. Mom always got the oysters!

    I didn't realize the divots were called oysters but that's my favorite target. also, the thighs..MMMMMM god I can't wait!

    I have to have the thigh everybody at the table knows I get at least one, I like a wing also. breast meat for samiches, and I just love to pick the juicey meat from the back portion of the carcuss after about 2 day's of scavanging LOL.
