This is a good filling soup:

    1lb. ground turkey or chicken
3 cans white beans (great northern or navy)
    1 can tomatoes
    1 onion
    1 green bell pepper
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    salt to taste

Brown the ground turkey in the olive oil. Chop up the onion and bell pepper add to turkey and cook till the onion turns clear.

Add the beans, tomatoes, garlic and chili powder. Let cook about 30 minutes on medium heat, stir to keep from sticking.

This is great with a slice of fresh bread.

I have had this and it is really good. I think it is a recipe I got at weight watchers. So healthy and low cal too. How can you go wrong with that.
