White cochin bantams, how can i tell the gender of the chicks?

    ok, i have have this question for a while, and i had two guineas and they turned out to be a male and female! wooohooo! haha. but now have three White Cochins and i know that two are female and one is male. but when the hens lay i would like to know what the sexes of the chicks are. so i dont end up with more than one rooster... can yall help?     Well, you'll have to do what we all do [​IMG] Keep them until they either crow or lay! LOL You can try the pendulum method to try and divine the sex before hatching... but it not a science and highly debated [​IMG]

    Mine usually show pretty good at 4 weeks old the cockerels will still have down on the backs and the pullets will have feathers. The cockerels will also have a bigger redder comb
