White comb

    The tip of my chickens comb is a whitish colour I have only just notice this so it must have appeared recently

    I agree that a picture may help. White on the comb could be dry skin, but it also could be a fungus called favus. Favus is treated with anti-fungal creams such as miconazole (monistat 7,) lotrimin, and others. The picture below is an advanced case of favus, while the bottom picture is a light case.
