I just hatched out a batch of cream legbar eggs from my flock and this white chick cropped up. There is no way there is any strange rooster in the night - these parent chickens are totally secure in their pen. What is this and what do I do with him? Will I have more white ones in the future?

That's very interesting, all right. You're right in assuming it's a cockerel. I have Cream Legbars and there have been differences in the offspring from the parent birds.
