I have a Silverlaced and a columbian Wyandotte, both pullets. They are now 16 weeks, have just started showing signs of waddles and barely a hint of a comb. I'd say you have a roo there.
well it looks like a female (girl) as its tail isn't arched like most cocks but red at this age could be cock wait until 3 months of age and show more signs heres a pic of my 2 month Wyandotte it looks like cock but tail not arched and comb still yellowish pink and no wattle development take a look
