White leghorn is it a cockerel?

I have two white leghorns amongst 6 other chicks mixed breeds. One leghorn is quite bigger than the others and is starting to show features that look like it may be a cockerel. It should be a pullet as a I purchased specifically pullets but I know sexing isn’t always 100 percent. When I look at the wings it kind of looks like they are shorter and then longer and the wings looks the same as my other one which I’m very positive is a pullet. The one in question is most definelty the dominate one.
They are around 3-4 weeks old. Pictures below.
